a U/R counterburn deck I made for my brother, who wants to get into magic, or at least is trying to avoid doing his homework, but I have every intention of sucking him in and never allowing him to escape, and this is the basic design of the type of deck he wanted

lots of instants and sorceries to pump Spellheart Chimera and Nivix Cyclops, with Archaeomancer and Mnemonic Wall for recursion, and melek for using cards multiple times.
