Don't laugh, this deck works pretty well! I threw this together to play with while I waited for cards for my preferred deck to come. For all intensive purposes, a mish-mosh deck of whatever Izzet stuff I had around that does a pretty decent job of getting there.

Burn, counter and put up simple blockades while you wear down your opponent's arsenal. Go down to 5 or less and then crush them in a few turns, or outlast them with the constant drizzle of Lobber Crew pings.

This deck is diverse and flexible, and is a decent template for coming up with a better deck. You could splash in another color or two, greatly improve the sideboard, tighten up the card variety, etc. I have found that the solo Archwing Dragon is just about right; it's great against decks that rely on enchantments and sorceries to take out your creatures, but two is just too many; again, unpredictability and diversity are your friends, and make it really hard for your opponent to pin you down.
