Izzet Counter/Burn deck i built for the modern style tournaments we have here at TPJCC. Had alot of fun with it last night and am now lookiung to improve it. I know for certain I want to add Guttersnipe, but i need more of him. I'm looking for advice on how to make it flow more consistently and give it better speed. Also looking for good sideboard cards.
