My Removals/Additions & why.
-1 Watery Grave _ +1 Golgari Guildgate (Soon to be Scry Land)
This is because you need as much Green source as possable, and U/B being your side colors, you can remove a U/B land. A G/B land will benefit you much more than a U/B early game.
-1 Prophet of Kruphix & -1 Kiora's Follower _ +2 Plasm Capture
This is because you can set yourself up perfectly for the next turn, and also you need some sort of counter. Imagine: T4 you have some board presence, 4 land and a Gyre Sage set up with a counter or a Sylvan Caryatid . You pass turn making your opponent think youre saving a kill spell or you just dont have enough mana to play somthing. He throws down a 4-5 mana cost spell which in turn you counter and take that much more mana. You now have about 10 mana. Incoming Corpsejack Menace + Kalonian Hydra T5. T5 8/8 that turns into a 24/24.
-1 Putrefy _ +1 Hero's Downfall
Kepp em even for any situation. Sideboard 1 of each for certain match ups.
-2 Simic Manipulator _ +2 Deadbridge Goliath
Simic Manipulater is a very situational creature. Deadbridge Goliath is a early 6/6 triggering Evolve early, and a T4 big threat to draw out either a counter or kill card. If that does happen, later game just Scavenge him out.
-1 Simic Charm & -1 Temple of Deceit _ +1 Master Biomancer & +1 Corpsejack Menace
The reason is ofc taking out a U/B source out of any other land, and with Master Biomancer & Corpsejack Menace being the main 2 cards of the deck, you need x4.
