Creature (1)

The goal of any deck is to mill your opponent(s) out. There are a myriad of ways to achieve this, but the basic idea is to keep your creatures back to defend and target the most obvious threat with your plethora of mill and card draw options. A few counter spells exist to prevent hard counters to your strategy or game-ending threats from hitting the table.

Tome Scour or Sanity Grinding would likely be a better signature spell if you were aiming to go pure mill. Vision Charm can still get the very last few cards milled, but also serves as protection for our artifacts like Mesmeric Orb .

Updates Add

In the few games I've played I have found this deck will win consistently in one-on-one games. However, in multiplayer it becomes much more important to identify the most aggressive threat and focus on reducing their library to 0 as quickly as possible.

I have also removed Sands of Delirium and Blue Sun's Zenith. While these are both good cards, they were not doing enough in my deck. If your build has more mana acceleration they would be a great fit. I have swapped these for another creature that fits with the theme, and AEtherspout which should help keep aggressive decks off our backs.
