Just yer basic Jace Control. Pernicious Deed sweeps the board leaving Jace alone. Innocent Blood is cheap and buys time to lay out a Jace, and is amazing with Vedalken Shackles. Tarmogoyf is the only creature you'd really want. 5 x man-lands to operate under Standstill lets you play at your own pace. Along with the Deed, Engineered Explosives can equalize the board. Abrupt Decay is the late addition.
