What I'm going for in this deck is to mill the opponent while gaining card advantage and using cards like Jace's Phantasm to make quick work out of the opponent or otherwise hold out until they run out of cards

SUGGESTIONS NEEDED, I'm fairly new to Magic and could use some helpful tips (what to put in, what to take out, what to focus on, etc.) My goal is to get this tournament-ready.Thanks in advance.
