This is a deck built around the theme of Jace and milling, and using what I've milled to give me an advantage late game.

Early game I play cards such as Tome Scour and Mind Sculpt to mill an opponent for a few cards, so that hopefully by turn 3-4 I can play Jace's Phantasm as a 5/5 flying, which is usually a good deterrent for many opponents.

For defense, I have a few Fog Bank's and a Wall of Frost to keep my opponent bogged down for a few turns while I can cast a few more milling cards on them. Echo Mage can also hang out in the background during these turns and level up, giving me even more advantage in the form of copying either my or my opponents instants and sorceries.

By the mid/late game, an opponent usually has a hefty amount of cards in their graveyard, and I cast Consuming Aberration, which can be a very very big threat to an opponent. With Consuming out there, I can go three routes; Swing with him as an extremely big body, have him as a defense and cast cheap spells to mill my opponent out or to cast Phenax, God of Deception and mill an opponent out of 20-30 cards each turn, which usually wins me the game.
