They say your deck is like your mind... Well hell if this is true then your opponent is about to lose theirs.
So this deck is the mill deck I run for any FNM Games I play or have played. This deck relys mainly on 3 diferent cards those are:
Consuming Aberration + Jace, Memory Adept + Traumatize
These cards together can win a game quite easily allow me to show you.
Lets say you are playing an opponent with a normal 60 card deck, this excludes a draw power deck, and you go first, dose not actually matter. Here we will have to do some math.(Sorry)
Game start draw 7: 53 cards left in deck
Turn 1: 52
Turn 2: 51
Turn 3: 50
Turn 4: 49
Turn 5: 48, Consuming Aberration, Lets hope some cards are in their graveyard.
Turn 6: 47, Here we play Jace, Memory Adept and they must mill till a land due to Consuming Aberration, lets say they get lucky and the next card is a land, (46) Jace's 0 Ability 36
Turn 7: 35, Lets play Traumatize Half their deck gone (18) Consuming Aberration Ability till a land, next card was, (17) Jace's 0 Ability again (7)
Turn 8: 6, Game over Jace 0, Any blue spell Like Tome Scour will end the game
Now it will be different here in there because who knows when their next Land will come up or if you play any other mill cards here and their , this is just bare bones scenario, please let me know if i screwed up on my math anywhere.
Know will explain all my other choice for cards in the deck:
Wight of Precinct Six: Just a nice creature kinda like C.A gets +1/+1 for all creatures in the graveyard quite nice
Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker: Nice Land Peeler
Lazav, Dimir Mastermind: Monkey see nice creature monkey take nice creature
Crypt Incursion: if you are in need of some health or just want to troll
Dimir Charm: Counter, Killer, Miller
Dissolve: Counter Scry
Essence Scatter: Creature Counter
Far / Away: Backer and Sacer
Pilfered Plans: Mill and Draw power
Psychic Strike: Counter and Miller
Tome Scour: 5 miller for 1
Voyage's End: Bounce and scry
So basically just keep Aberration out and have fun that is what this deck is built to do.
