This deck is kind off slow... Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver can do you wonders. I strongly recommend 3-4x Omenspeaker .
1+ for attempt

Phenax, God of Deception come up yet? Looks like your creatures can get out of hand very quickly and Phenax would put that to very good milling use.

I have three Phenax, God of Deception as soon as I get the rest of the cards from the mail im waiting on I will revamp this deck! I need all good and bad input! I want this to be very competitive so i can take it to Fnm. Im having a hard time letting go of my Traumatize but their are so many other milling cards that would be a good replacement!

I have the solution, It requires an open mind (actually playtest some suggestions) and about $300.
Firstly, mill is bad. Secondly, mill is super fun.
What your deck needs is a way to survive aggro. This is achieved by playing Esper (B/U/W) Control. Adding white is a fantastic way to control the board and save your bacon. Supreme Verdict Detention Sphere and Sphinx's Revelation are all really strong control cards. Black gives you your hard removal package Doom Blade Devour Flesh Ultimate Price and Hero's Downfall are all excellent choices.
Counter Spells are a must: Psychic Strike Syncopate
You also should run, all the dual lands. 8 B/U, 8 U/W, and 8 B/W
I would run 4 Consuming Aberration , 4 Jace, Memory Adept , and 4 Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver for your mill package. You really don't need ANY other cards for milling because those 3 will mill your opponent out quickly enough. And because you added counter spells, hard removal, and a draw engine. You will be able to survive long enough to get the job done.
If you want to see my mill deck, check out my Esper Mill deck in my profile.

This deck is sweet, however pretty much all of the red and red hybrid cards are unnecessary. I don't see the point of having them in this particular deck; they don't seem like they would mesh well with the deck. It feels like [to me] that they were just mixed in and don't actually have any real use in the deck.

Also I think it would be a good idea if you added a few Mindscour Dragons.
