This is pretty straightforward. Aggro Goblins, Abuse Goblin Grenade by copying it.

T1: Land, a hasted Goblin. attack for 1-2 T2: " " Two 1CMC Gobbos. Attack for 2-6 T3: attack for 3-6 T4: Land. Attack. Gob grenade. Copy it. Game. #GGcopyGG

That's the ideal. I play-tested and it seems to be consistently dealing 20 damage by T6. I'd predict that could be delayed to T8 assuming the opponent is up to their own shenanigans.

Some synergies: Goblin Arsonist or Goblin Grenade + Mogg War Marshal are happy to be sacrificed and of course Tuktuk the Explorer lives to die for the cause and return to handle address remaining problems. Burn with a Gob Grenade, copy it with Reverberate or Increasing Vengeance (former also works as a counter if need be.

A hint of Molten Rain + ramp Infernal Plunge to balance out Goblin Guide's land "drawback" (I just love that little guy)

a couple of bolts for good measure in case the above doesn't get the opponent to zero before your opponent's deck takes off.

One counter-spell since blue has the best chance of stopping this, Reverberate also doubles as a counter-counter.

The whole idea is a fun aggro that can actually stifle some much more expensive/nuanced modern decks for a few wins in say a best of 5.

I'm happy to take edit suggestions, but appreciate most suggestions for cards to remove if you suggest a card to insert.

Banned cards Note: I maybe-boarded cards not legal in modern, that I'd use for casual play, but at this budget I don't think this deck would be strong enough to beat those T2-3 combos in vintage.
