This deck is for a commander variant called $10 commander, where the cost of the entire deck, minus commander and basic lands, has to be $10 or less on TCGPlayer low.

This deck is very straightforward! Play Jalira, play small value creatures, and turn them into giant things. I tried to cut as many creatures that you don't want to polymorph into as possible, or fill the slots with noncreature/legendary spells (ex, Meloku the Clouded Mirror and Talrand's Invocation but there are still a few left.

This deck keeps people honest on the ground, as it will present multiple creature threats and not much else besides the occasional counterspell. Want to tutor your combo pieces for the first 5 turns of the game? Ulamog's Crusher and Goliath Sphinx would like to have a word with you.

Clearly the power level here is not super high, but it will do fine in a $10 meta, and multiplayer games are mostly about politics, which this deck can have a big hand in with the interaction it does have.
