Couple of things that make the deck work, the majority of it works around using Intruder Alarm to continuously untap Jalira, while using Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron , Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake to make an infinite amount of mana. Token Generators like Minion Reflector , Retrofitter Foundry , and Thopter Spy Network kick start the process.

Once you've got a ridiculous amount of mana, you can: - Keep Polymorphing into big things and using Akroma's Memorial or Minion Reflector to swing big. - Deadeye Navigator + Mulldrifter and Laboratory Maniac to deck yourself.

Most of the problem is the need for pieces to keep untapping Jalira, and having a starting point if you don't have token generators in hand early on.
