Bonehoard has the same effect as Mortivore and Lhurgoyf, but on an equipment. Get it in play, then attach it to everything before you sac them.

You have cool combos going already, one thing I might suggest is adding Corpsejack Menace . If you use it in combination with Champion of Lambholt , you can double the number of counters that are added to Champion of Lambholt and, assuming you play a decent number of creatures (or boost it in other ways), you can make all of your creatures unblockable this way. Then, you can use them for more than just sacrificing. Slitherhead is another great card you can add because you can use it for a variety of purposes and then scavenge it for free to boost up another creature later.

I would suggest cards that put creatures directly into play so you can sacrifice them to Jared quickly. Green Sun's Zenith , Genesis Wave and Natural Order can to that well, add those to creatures with neat ETB effects like Massacre Wurm or cards you want in the graveyard like Brawn and you got something going. Also Genesis seems perfect for this deck.

Boneyard Wurm would be a good cheap cast addition.

Kazandu Tuskcaller Can also make you a ready supply of 3/3 tokens to sac with just a little mana invested.
