I've made it here. Got distracted by some kids ruining my evening rest :p

Scooping over your list and the comments already posted made me wonder if you ever considerd using the famous swords? They have some nice utilities that give bonusses straight away. Especially for the 21 commander damage they migth prove worthy.
For the protection and stuff ;)

Second, what about these cards:

• Demon of Dark Schemes : It's pretty new and might prove interesting as a utility creature with extra benefits. Just a thought to consider
• Entomb : I am a huge fan of this card.

My only problem with Demon of Dark Schemes is that I don't have any producers in here to make it very effective.

Also, my budget greatly reduces my chances of getting the swords or Entomb, so those are out of the question for now. Thanks anyways, PartyJ for viewing my deck!

No worries. I removed the strict budget requirment I had on it, that was my fault. :P

Necrotic Ooze? He is literally the centerpiece for many game-winning combos, that are also budget. I understand if you don't have the budget for one or the combo pieces for it.

Also I've noticed you use a lot of +1/+1 counters in the deck, perhaps Undergrowth Scavenger?

Just some other cards to consider: Wall of Blood, Disciple of Bolas, Ever After, Indulgent Tormentor, Rogue's Passage, Victimize, and Dance of the Dead.

Adding the Devoted Druid + Quillspike combo to get an instant-win with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord.

Also adding Necrotic Ooze for security for that combo.

Since Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord has that sweet reanimate ability by sacrificing a Forest and a Swamp, you could add some cards that abuse lands in your graveyard.

The Gitrog Monster is great in the Meren of Clan Nel Toth deck that I run, and allows a lot of cycling through your lands and library to find more goodies to dump into your graveyard.

Centaur Vinecrasher is another really great card. He's proved to be explosive for me on turn 4-6.

I can't recommend Worm Harvest enough. You can cast it infinitely from your graveyard as long as you have a land to dump, and it gives you lots of tokens for sacrificing.

I also run the green and black cycle lands (Slippery Karst and Polluted Mire) and they're both great to dump for their cycling cost.

You can also check out my list (Meren's Grave Shenanigans) for any suggestions. I have a few cards to acquire yet, but I'm happy with its performance.

Oh and one more thing. I don't know what your budget is, but Grim Flayer is amazing.
