I love Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, so this deck is built around his sacrificing ability.

The idea is to ramp up fairly quickly with the elves, tutor up creatures that interact well with Jarad, and then have some fun.

Genesis is good to have in the graveyard. Entomb, Jarad's Orders, Survival of the Fittest, Natural Order, and Fauna Shaman are all good ways to get him there.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed is great with many of the cards, but is particularly fun with Woodfall Primus. There are plenty of other cards that are good sac fodder, such as Kokusho, the Evening Star, Terastodon, Pelakka Wurm, Shriekmaw, and Sylvan Primordial.

I don't want to depend on having a lot of cards in my graveyard, so I'm avoiding dredge. However, I do need the ability the sac creatures and get them back on the battlefield. For this, I have Eternal Witness, Genesis, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, Mimic Vat, Nim Deathmantle, Reanimate, Recollect , and Volrath's Stronghold.
