It starts with a normal simic creature buildup. Then, you play Corpsejack Menace and Death's Presence and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. Sacrifice a creature and deal damage, place all the +1/+1 counters on the next creature, and sacrifice it, probably for the win. Damia, Sage of Stone and Vorosh, the Hunter are just in there for late-game fun. This is still in the works, so suggestions are encouraged. I generally play casually, but my friends and I can get fairly competitive. I'd also like to actually take this deck to some real events once I've got it finished and working consistently.

The maybeboard is just a bunch of related cards that I was vaguely thinking about using at some point in the deck, but I'm leaving it there so I remember the cards in case I want to put them in at some point.
