I decided to drop the constellation from my Golgari Constellation deck and this is what I came up with. Standard self mill setup:

T1 Elvish Mystic or Deathrite Shaman.

T2 Glowspore Shaman or Grisly Salvage.

T3 Nyx Weaver or Nighthowler.

T4 Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord or bestow a Nighthowler.

Then there is the supporting cast:

Kraul Harpooner for flying hate. Can fling with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord late game with some creatures in the graveyard. One extra in the sideboard.

Dreg Mangler for the aggressiveness following a turn 2 Glowspore Shaman. Scavenge onto any creature late game.

Lotleth Troll is the best target for bestowing Nighthowler. You get your evasion, regeneration, and sweeper protection rolled into one.

Murderous Rider for that removal built onto a creature and much-needed life gain.

Ravenous Chupacabra for the removal counting as creatures towards your graveyard.

Pharika, God of Affliction to populate your battlefield when you don't get quite enough creatures in your graveyard for a big Nighthowler. Also works when you need to pop an extremely nasty target in your opponent's graveyard.

Syr Konrad, the Grim has synergy with almost every non-land card in the deck. He can help get those last few points of damage in to end the game. He's also a deterrent when your opponent is looking to wipe your graveyard. I'm not completely sold on him yet. The cmc is a slight turn off but with an Elvish Mystic on turn 1 he's not horrible.

Sideboard:

Mystic Repeal for Leyline of the Void and Rest in Peace.

Kraul Harpooner for flying hate.

Scavenging Ooze for graveyard hate.

Skylasher for control hate.

Nullhide Ferox heavy removal and discard hate.

Vraska, Golgari Queen is almost a fourth Ravenous Chupacabra but better.

Massacre Girl for the go wide strategy hate. Elvish Mystic gets her out on turn 4 and you want the elf to die anyway to help rack up those -1 counters.

It was a tough choice between Glowspore Shaman and Satyr Wayfinder. I chose the Shaman in hopes that I would trade with my opponent's creature. The Wayfinder could only chump block. Liliana, the Last Hope could be a nice addition for removing small creatures and a little recursion.
