A fairly straightforward control deck that utilises the sweet interaction between Ojutai's Command and Dragonmaster Outcast.

The outcast being your only creature isn't a problem when you are able to reanimate him at instant speed, what's better is that you can do this at the same time as countering a creature spell, drawing a card or gaining 4 life! Running out an Outcast on turn 6 with a Command in hand is a very strong position to be in, if your opponent removes him (which they will very likely try to do) then you can reanimate him on their end step or when they try to cast a creature that turn, effectively giving your Command a "Flash 5/5 Flier" mode that you never knew it had ;-)
