Recently I picked up a copy of the Grixis commander 2013 precon at my LGS. When i opened it I saw two generals that looked simply too easy to run, nekusar being a crazy anti draw deck that benefits from having others draw, Thraximundar is just insane when it comes to forcing your opponents to sack creatures or even just yourself for extra +1/+1 triggers, That left Jeleva, a commander that at its face value a 1/3 dies to bolt and several types of removal, I wanted to make a deck that revolves around playing big stuff for free and twincast effects to push my opponent over the edge with free wrath effects to get her in the commander zone for recast.

How do we win?

We either control the board till we can kill with Jeleva or Planeswalker ultimate's. We can also copy game ending spells multiple times.

Alternate win conditions are Jeleva with good equipment, Time Warp into board advantage, or slow roll our opponent into a fully exiled library on a Jeleva cast pass turn for them to lose.

Sideboard are cards that I am considering at the moment for additions to the mainboard. The maybe-board is full of things that were mainboard at one time and were removed in place of stronger picks that make a larger difference.
