At the time of putting this together, TCG Market was just under $50. Jeleva scales to the power level of the decks she plays against. The strategy is simple. Cast Jeleva, mill your opponents into exile, and encourage opponents to want to kill her. After a couple of turns, they will realize they have an ultimatum... deal with Jeleva or deal with the bombs you have stockpiled in exile waiting for her to cast on attack. The deck is land heavy as we are more concerned about getting her out after she dies and each time you cast her, there's a chance you'll be exiling your own lands as well... You want those land-drops. If opponents refuse to kill Jeleva for you, do it yourself. To make sure you get to that finish line, there's lots of removal slammed into this deck to control the board state. After a game or two, don't be surprised if you become Arch-Enemy!
