Jeleva deck packed with swingy spells. Focus is on instants/sorceries so I run as few cards as possible that don't meet that supertype.

We run janky cantrips to help us manage the high CMC cards in our hand so they're only there when we want them to be, and/or help us set up before we cast Jeleva (Ponder, Portent, Brainstorm, Dream Cache, Diabolic Visions, Telling Time, Impulse). It sucks to have Insurrection stuck in your hand because you don't have enough mana, but it's awesome to flip over to Kaboom!

Blast of Genius, Interpret the Signs, and Kaboom! help take advantage of our high CMC spells like Army of the Damned and Insurrection.

Cabal Conditioning is very swingy and can either be crushingly powerful (ping you for 1 with the Sphinx-Bone Wand, everyone discards 7?), "just" 4 with Jeleva in play, or a total whiff if you have nothing on the board. Epic Experiment can whiff because it's useless if exiled with Jeleva, but has a high-risk, high-reward element to it as well. Kaboom! gives the deck a third wacky high-variance card that can do a lot of day-ruining or just get laughed at. Total EDH cards.

Howl of the Horde, Reiterate, Wild Ricochet, Uyo, Melek, and to a lesser degree Sins of the Past and Spelltwine, all give you ways to copy spells and make some crazy plays.

Cards like Innocent Blood and Grab the Reins can help you reset Jeleva if you need to be able to cast her again. Sacrifice effects like High Market and Phyrexian Tower would make the deck much more resilient to someone stealing your commander.

Needs Lightning Greaves also because it's sad to exile fun things with Jeleva but never get to cast them with her. She likes haste and protection, and this gives you both. I'd probably drop the Stealthsuit for it.

Insidious Dreams would be a good card to look at because it sets up Jeleva nicely by putting the cards on top, but I'm running Increasing Ambition as my only tutor to keep searches to a minimum (I like to have at least one). If you want more tutors, Lim-Dul's Vault, Long-term Plans, and Vampiric Tutor would help the deck immensely.

Landbase also needs work. Shocklands is the first place to start. This is probably the next deck I start trading stuff for.
