I bought someone's 25,000-ish card collection for $80 a bunch of years ago and this was the first deck I built from it. It was decidedly average, and as I've recently gotten back into the game after a few years of not playing, I've been making changes to this deck with more recent and better-suited cards to its playstyle.

Jenara is the key wincon here. There are a lotta cards that play with 1/1 counters, and using those to sneak her up to 1-shot kill levels is the main focus. In my experience so far, players tend to ignore Jenara even if she's brought out early, as she doesn't appear to be much of a threat at first. Flying 3/3 with a seemingly underwhelming ability. Build up mana, get some of the 1/1 counter-boosting cards out (Increasing Savagery, Hydra's Growth, the Enchantments that deal with counters, etc), then pump her and 1-shot people with Commander Damage. She can build up scary fast, especially if you get Vorel into play. With the right card combination in hand and the mana to play it, she goes from a non-threat to a big problem before the opponents have a chance to realize what's happening.

Things to watch out for are having her sent back to hand/command zone (losing all of those shiny counters in the process unless The Ozolith is in play), or having someone take control of her. Hopefully you'll keep a counterspell or two handy. Even if not, later game, she builds back up quickly. There's an Infinite Mana combo (Deadeye Navigator / Peregrine Drake) to make her infinite power/toughness and one-shot enemies that can't defend flying. Slap some of that protection on her once you're ready for the big pumpage (Gift of Immortality is stellar here) and go big mode.
