I know you love your scrying but Gods Willing should be replaced with Feat of Resistance it does the same basic effect but makes your creature stronger as well.I didnt know we had any Iroas, God of Victorys that might be a nice card for my Abdu Marzan.

The reason behind Gods Willing over Feat of Resistance is the mana difference. The one mana helps significantly in a deck like this, where every one mana can be useful.

So, I can't decide between Hammerhand and Nyxborn Rollicker , any suggestions here would be nice.

The Satyr is nice because it doesnt get destroyed when the creature its attached to is but Hammerhand has better abilities and I would recommend that one.

Iroas yes, but Phalanx leader doubles the power of your tokens, it played well. Is your issue because of the mana devotion?

What about Inferno Fist on Phalanx Leader ?

Turn 4: Inferno Fist on Phalanx Leader. He gets a +2 from the enchantment, a +1 from his heroic ability, and then sac the inferno fist for another 2 damage to either a creature or a player.

At minimum 6 damage for 3 mana. By turn 4, however, Phalanx Leader should have already gotten a boost or two, so you would probably be swinging for more.

I think this is essentially the same thing as playing 3 Shock cards in a row.

Inferno Fist looks great, I would have to exchange it with something else though, what would I trade out for it?

Every instant, enchantment, and sorcery in this deck targets your creatures except Lightning Strike . They don't fit in with everything else you're doing. I'd make the change there.

I started play testing this, and I'm not drawing creatures. There's only 12 creatures; that's a problem.

Lol, played a lot of blue do yeah, really am a fan of scry and draw. I might add some more creatures, I do not know what creatures though yet.

I think Fabled Hero deserves a spot here.

I considered Fabled Hero , love the double strike, but he is an expensive card compared to my norm, I might build a heroic mid-range deck with Fabled Hero in it, but not in this one.

I see that Ajani's Presence is notably missing from the side slots: against burn heavy decks such as Jeskai Aggro you will need more heroic enablers that also protect your creatures. Also i'll include a few copies of Banishing Light , i play R/W heroic too and never leave without: gods & Elsphets just wreck this deck, if unanswered.

Just a random recommendation, as I also run a RW Heroic based deck, but I think that a good ratio for the deck is 20/20/20. 20 Land, 20 Creatures, and 20 Instant/Sorcery. Also, I think that Mogis's Warhound deserves a spot in as a creature. He's a cheap bestow card that could essentially give your creature's +3/+3, depending on the creatures Heroic ability. Favored Hoplite is also a very powerful card in a Heroic deck. Just food for thought!

Mogis's Warhound was in originally, but it lead to so many problems having to attack each turn, so I took out, I might bring it back in a sideboard. The +2/+2 is awesome for 3 mana I do have to admit.

Here is a thought, I just recently added Magma Spray to the main board because one mana burn spell is useful, but should I replace it with Spite of Mogis

i would, in my own opinion, drop the 3 Launch the Fleets for 3 Nyxborn Rollicker. your creature pool seems too small to reliably have the creatures you need each game. other than that it looks pretty good. Launch the Fleet would consume an entire turns worth of mana to make it work, and in a heroic deck, you need to leave mana for counter removal.

A card to consider, its probobably not as good as Dragon Mantle but at least close is Messenger's Speed. i liked having the ability to give anything i play haste.

Hammer of Purphoros can also be a good addition, simply because a deck like this usually dries out around turn 5 or 6. it can allow you to get rid of excess lands for 3/3 hasted creatures allowing you to finish a game thats close to being won. basically once you get to playing on the draw, you still have the ability to flood with creatures. can be expensive cost wise, but great in that instance. just play it last and use it when you have 5-6 lands, cause you really only need 2-3 once you run out and can only play what you draw.

Nyxborn Rollicker is nice, but I had it replaced with Inferno Fist a long time ago, and now that is even out. Messenger's Speed is cool, but it isn't good enough to replace anything else I have. While I was considering the uses and interests in Hammer of Purphoros I thought of Aggressive Mining, and I think that will help me more than hammer.

i dont understand aggresive mining

Aggressive Mining is literally there to keep me going for an extra turn or two if they manage to slow me down enough. I have had a quite a few games where if they managed to slow me down it was just over, with aggressive mining I can keep that damage going for just a little longer to maybe win the game.

If you are thinking in adding creatures, must say Cerodon Yearling is an amazing one for fast Boris decks.. though it is not a "hero". Otherwise, (I don't remember the name) akroan angel?... or so is a 1/1 flying (something missing here) 2-drop. Check my boros and selesnya decks.

Cerodon Yearling is not in standard, The Akroan Skyguard which is the 1/1 flying with heroic is pretty cool, but I took him out because of the 2 mana cost. It doesn't work as well with Aggressive Mining.

Since it seems like you enjoy making extra creatures what about Eidolon of Countless Battles
