Here's my deck for testing purposes:
My list deviates from the standard in that I don't play Roc or Thoughtseize, but instead go for a variety of cards I feel have more impact against aggro and in the mirror.

With only 2 Mountains? If you have a Chained to the Rocks in your opening hand, you have like a 95+ percent chance of not being able to cast it (needing both a white source and a mountain).

Well I missed the lifelink enough to swap out Disdainful Stroke for Seeker of the Way. My sideboard is almost completely designed to wreck Abzan at this point.

Any suggested strategies against Sultai Whip decks (like this one)? I played against 2 Whip of Erebos decks last night and while I beat both of them it was definitely an uphill fight that saw me get lucky draws. The life gain from the whip is really hard to deal with.

I don't like Hushwing against Abzan. I just feel like it doesn't do enough; if Rhino is your only target, then it really doesn't do anything specifically good. I'd rather seen another Disdainful Stroke and maybe some Suspension Field or something. I've never minded Hushwing getting played against me while playing Abzan, but that's just me.

Hushwing Gryff is also useful against Sidisi, Brood Tyrant. I also like it because it's a 2 power flyer with flash - I can keep mana open and pass turn to keep my options open.

If you're struggling with Whip decks, I think Erase is a good sideboard option.

Like the deck. HOW does Stormbreath Dragon work for you as compared to Wingmate Roc?
I use the rocks but have thought about the dragons

I've tried Erase but I always felt it was too narrow. It does help against Jeskai Ascendency and Courser of Kruphix though. Perhaps I'll give it another shot.
I prefer Stormbreath Dragon to Wingmate Roc as double red is far easier to get than double white. I have a single Plains in the sideboard to bring in alongside End Hostilities for that very reason. Haste and pro-white are more relevant abilities to this deck as well (imo).

Taking this deck to a local standard event tonight. I'm trying out the Hordeling Outburst version to see how it performs. Testing has gone well so far.

+1 from me. I run a similar deck, with the differences being I run an Elspeth, Sun's Champion, a Chandra, Pyromaster, no Hordeling Outburst, and 2 Brimaz, King of Oreskos, but the idea is the same. get the threats out as fast as possible, burn towards the end, or change the tide with Seeker of the Way's lifelink/prowess trigger. Mantis Rider is easily the MVP of the Jeskai clan. I also run Dissolve because even though my it cost an extra U mana, I can counter just about everything coming out. If you want, you can check my deck out, Jeskai Prowess.

Took 1st at another FNM-level standard tournament last night. I really liked Hordeling Outburst in the main board, as it alone helped me win the mirror match. Jeskai decks can't really deal with three tokens for one card outside of Anger of the Gods.
I also saw Erase win me a game. I was paired against a U/W Heroic player, and he was down to 4 life when I had lethal on board. He plays Ordeal of Heliod on his Battlewise Hoplite (already with two +1/+1 counters), meaning he was going to gain 10 life and put the game out of my reach. Erase saved the day! I never got to play it against Whip of Erebos or Jeskai Ascendancy, though.
This deck is really good. I considered moving on to the Jeskai Ascendancy tokens build (Jeskai Tokens) but I'll be playing this for a while longer.

I'll normally side out Hordeling Outburst for Hushwing Gryff and Magma Jet for Erase. It depends on the opponent's deck, though.

Hordeling Outburst hasn't been doing as well as I would like. I want a more aggressive 3-drop. Any suggestions?

Drop the Dig Through Time, it is now banned, and don't replace it with Treasure Cruise either, it's also banned

I replaced the 4 Hordeling Outburst with 1 land, 2 Stormbreath Dragon, and 1 Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker. I missed the 5 CMC finishers too much.

So would you say I should keep my 2Sarkhan, the Dragonspeakerbin my deck instead of replacing them with Soulfire Grand MasterJeskai BurnI like your deck +1

Anger of the Gods in the side hurts you so much because it essentially removes all your creatures except stormbreath. I would remove the 2 angers and just have 3 Arc Lightning. Also I have been playing around with a deck very similar, and Magma Jet is so much better than Wild Slash a lot of the time that one colorless mana makes no difference and the scry 2 is so good early game.

Gorgosaurusrex could you look at if you don't mind Aggro Jeskai and see what you think about it, I made it so it is cost effective and agro, it just doesn't work out for me sometimes
You don't have to if you don't want to but I really like this deck and kind of want to model mine after it

I always thought it was greedy to not run the full playset of Mystic Monastery. The deck does have some pretty rough color requirements. I would cut 2 Temples and run the full playset. Especially in an Abzan field, you lose games if Mantis Rider comes out on 5 because you couldn't find a white / blue.
