Jeskai tempo shell built around an infinite Thopter combo.
Win condition is to create a board state where creating a 1/1 Thopter cost you 3x energy, and the 1/1 Thopter hitting the board nets you at least 3x energy allowing you to repeat the process.
Whirler Virtuoso is the engine for the deck. The energy return is created by having in play 1x Decoction Module, and any 2 card combination of Decoction Module, Panharmonicon or Saheeli Rai (her -2) which achieves the effect. The combo can be done at instant speed and Decoction module can return your Virtuoso to hand allowing for decent protection and immunity from removal if played correctly. ( Aetherstorm Roc is also an option for the combo but to keep the curve down I am not running it)
The remainder of the deck is focused on; finding the combo with card draw, protecting the combo with counter-magic, and disrupting the board with removal.
Card draw is achieved with Anticipate and Glimmer of Genius at instant speed and Glint-Nest Crane who offers board presence.
For counter magic the deck uses
Revolutionary Rebuff
and Negate in the Main.
Board disruption includes Harnessed Lightening (Which also produces Energy in a pinch) and Reflector Mage which interacts very well with Panharmonicon and Decoction Module.
The curve of the deck is very low topping at 4, not including the 1 of Aethersquall Ancient. The low curve enables the deck to drop multiple combo pieces in a single turn, and enable multiple way to combo off by turn 5.
The deck runs 24 lands; 11 basics 9 duels and 4 Aether Hub.
Sideboard: A couple options for the sideboard and certainly open to change for whatever meta you're expecting.
I am currently running some artifact and colorless hate in the form of Ceremonious Rejection and Fragmentize, some additional combo protection in Padeem, Consul of Innovation and Refurbish, as well as some additional energy creators/early blockers.
Overall the deck does not mind playing against big creatures, but can have some issues stabilizing a very aggressive board from the draw. Artifact destruction is a soft spot covered by only a little counter-magic, and as in most combo decks if you cant find the pieces you cant win. As of posting i am 5:1 in best of 3s playing a mix of competitive and budget competitive opponents, deck is not easy to pilot but is really rewarding when well driven, super fun.
Comments/Critque or cards I missed let me know!!
