My thought behind this jeskai midrange deck is to lean towards the aggressive side of the spectrum, but the win is usually in the late game. Every beater in the deck was chosen to survive the premium one mana removal spells in modern--Path to Exile and Fatal Push, while the blockers all have greater power than toughness resulting in easier trades against larger creatures. The deck has ample amounts of removal and a few counterspells to break the backs of noncreature based strategies and for protecting my creatures from removal spells/boardwipes. I think that this is a rather safe build, and I hope I can learn to play it well. I am always looking for suggestions to make this deck better and more well rounded so feel free to fire away with constructive comments!
