It's a interesting thought. Not sure what to take out for it though.

I would consider cutting back on Ojutai's Command as it's 4 cmc and only has 3 viable modes for you. I would probably cut back on the 3 cmc counterspells and also diversify into some of the 2 cmc ones, such as Negate.
You can probably also cut one Elspeth, Sun's Champion as you have 6 win cons (3 Elspeths and 3 creatures) and the mana curve seems a bit high.
One other thing that stands out to me is the strong permission element of the deck and the board wipes do not synergize with the rebound power of Narset Transcendent.

Agog, thanks for the thoughts. I think cutting ojutai's command down to a 2 of. I'm thinking I'd probably drop a dissolve and a magma jet, to make room for the playset of anticipates(though 3 anticipates might be fine as well). I think I'm keeping the counterspells as is. Negate's main problem is that it's not good mainboard against creature heavy decks. Most of the time I anticipate not playing a spell til about turn 3, so waiting on a dissipate or a dissolve isn't the worst. I disagree about the boardwipe synergy with narset. If your opponent knows there's a boardwipe next turn, that prevents them from playing creatures as they will lose those creatures. Effectively you could get a extra turn by simply forcing your opponent to hold onto their cards. This element is mostly irrelevant to control decks. I want to keep my win con options up as much as possible, so I don't really want to cut a elspeth.

If you get a Hooded Hydra manifested, it's kinda gg for me.
