AtomicEmpire Yes, I do realize it's banned, I just haven't played the deck in a while since people at my college almost exclusively play EDH. So I just hadn't gotten around to changing it yet. I'll miss probe :(
Also, I checked out your deck! It looks good and I like your formatting, I might take a page out of your book when I have the time. Thanks for the view!

Did you try with Cryptic Command ? I get that Remand is a great tempo card, but Command has the advantage of being a hard counter, and a flexible card. I would also probably cut the Steppe Lynx for a Boros Charm or a Path to Exile.

Get that Lynx out of here! Lol. It's so ugly duckling here. I love the name! +1 on that.
As far as suggestions, I would find a way to include Wandering Fumarole. That card may seal games and be very cunning. Perhaps removing the 1x of Bedlam Reveler could be best.
Detention Sphere may also work wonders. Supreme Verdict is great, as a 1x of as well (especially with so much draw)

I really don't want to run Cryptic Command purely because hitting that triple blue on turn 4 will wreck my life total, if it happens at all. I'm also not really trying to play the straight control plan where Cryptic would shine. My Mana Leak + Remand suite works well enough as a counterspell package since they are easy to cast, Remand cycles itself(and can possibly set up a good Spell Queller), and Mana Leak counters the things that I would prefer they not be allowed to cast again.
On your second point, I'm currently testing Steppe Lynx because I do a lot of fetching and I thought it might be a decent add. Like you suggested, I may cut it. But I haven't actually gotten to test it yet. If I do cut it, I may go for another spell like Boros Charm, but I wouldn't add a Path to Exile Because I already run a playset lmao.
Like I said above, I'm just testing Steppe Lynx for now, it could get cut. But it may not be as ugly duckling as you think, it was a popular pick in old Jeskai Delver decks actually! Either way, it may stay or it might not. Check back in two weeks or so to find out ;)
I like the Wandering Fumarole suggestion, I'm not sure that I would want to cut Bedlam Reveler for it though. I added that card to try and make sure I have enough gas to finish off my opponent in the endgame. That card is still in testing as well, I have not had a chance to play my deck since I added the last set of changes because I spent my weekend at prereleases instead.
On your last points, I actually run Detention Sphere as a 2-of in the sideboard, not sure if you missed that or what, but yeah it has worked out pretty well! I considered adding Supreme Verdict to the sideboard(I refuse to run sweepers in the main of this deck since it interferes with my plan so much) in my last change set but decided against it. I added a 1-of Pyroclasm in the side instead because I've found that when I need a sweeper I need it earlier than turn 4. My spot removal and counter suite takes care of the bigger stuff that Supreme Verdict would take care of normally, so I decided against it. Supreme Verdict also kills my Spell Quellers, which is very bad for my game plan overall, especially if I took care of a potentially game-changing spell with the Spell Queller, like a Blood Moon or something.
Thanks to both of you for checking out my deck and leaving comments! I really appreciate the feedback and discussion :)

Not sure if you realize, but Gitaxian Probe is banned in Modern. Otherwise, looks solid! Check out my list here
