Easily one of the most flexible decks I've ever seen, Jeskai Tempagro is amazing. It is between aggro and tempo, and when you want it to be, you can side out some cards to make it control. Being able to change the playstyle of a deck just by sideboarding is incredible, and very crucial in many matchups. As seen here.
