Great effort on the description, but the curve leaves something to be desired.

It's looking a lot more like the aggro curve, yes. Great change

Delicious deck idea. Any reason Treasure Cruise over Dig Through Time?

Their scriptures do allow them to Dig Through Time.

And Seeker of the Way maybe? Defiant Strike and Feat of Resistance are also worth mentioning.

xxfukkixx: yeah there's a reason I'm not using Dig Through Time, I don't have any, lol. It's probably worth the upgrade though, thanks for pointing that out. Seeker of the Way is another obviously good idea. I had Feat of Resistance in this deck at one point, but when Center Soul came out, I chose that instead because of Rebound... so I guess what you're saying is that Feat gives a permanent +1 counter, while center soul only gives the temporary prowess trait... Hmm, good point. Defiant Strike I also used to run, but I took it out for Artful Maneuver... another thing to consider Thanks for your comment though, good suggestions.

beetfarmer: yeah, I don't know why that's not in there either, honestly. thank-you.

Carson12rocks: ok I did, now check out mine, lol. =P

No problem. I used to run a deck like this. I highly suggest Defiant Strike to damage and draw for extra ammo. It's one of those things that just replaces itself.

But yeah man this looks sick, very sexy deck. Loving it.

I don't play much standard, but if I did this would be the exact deck I would try. This looks awesome. +1

Updated the deck with some BFZ cards, because the way it used to be just wasn't working. Took out all of my mono-white cards, leaving only Gold-White cards (Deflecting Palm, Jeskai Charm and the infamous Jeskai Ascendancy), and it has done well in a few playtest games so far.

This deck originally started out as mostly Blue, and now it has returned, full circle, back to its roots. I have added Clutch of Currents in place of Turn to Frog, Rush of Ice to replace Singing Bell Strike and Coastal Discovery instead of Treasure Cruise (the single Cruise I have left is a placeholder for a third Discovery, atm).

I haven't updated my sideboard yet, so if anybody has any suggestions for sideboard cards, I'd love to hear them. Also, suggestions for the mainboard are welcome, too.

Thanks to everyone in advance!

You need a lot more instants, less sorceress as you need to be sneaky with the prowess triggers. Otherwise they know what to block and where, this deck needs a lot of work. You have a lot of creatures but it looks like your going for a control type of deck, so either use more instant spells like Negate, Clash of Wills, Cancel etc. with less creatures or throw in some buff spells like Defiant Strike, Kindled Fury with about the same amount of creatures.

I feel like this needs more cantrips and less 4 perhaps less 4 cost spells- it just feels a little slower than i expected pumping out the damage.

+1, especially for the Usual Suspects flavor. That and Jeskai is just way too fun. Awesome deck.

You should go up to 8 cantrips. 4 is way too few for a delver style deck.

Along the same lines, you need 26+ instants and sorceries with Delver of Secrets  Flip to reliably flip it.

I say get rid of the 4 drops, as 4 is too much for Delver decks. They are supposed to be mana efficient, and 4 doesn't fit.

Also, Path to Exile is a must. Like you really need it.

Your mana base also needs some work, unless budget is a concern. ETB tapped lands are really not good. Spirebluff Canal is something that's cheap, and needed, along with Hallowed Fountain.

Hope that helps!

I think you need more draw and/or cantrips. The "Prowess" problem of having an empty hand slows this deck too much. Take a look at cards that have rebound (like Emerge Unscathed or Center Soul) for repeatable Prowess triggers. Also, you might want to add some evasion and/or protection like Gods Willing or your old friend Feat of Resistance. I noticed also that all three charms you are using all require specific colors of mana (no generic), I wonder if this slows you down?(You need more white mana since all 3 charms use white). The Boros Charm seems like maybe not a good fit here...I know you wanted to put Assault Strobe in instead, it would be a good fit esp if you can add some evasion.

I would still go for Jeskai Ascendancy over Strongarm Monk in the sideboard. It's simply a better choice.
