Both are good cards, however, Goblin Rabblemaster is an early play without evasion, and Stoke the Flames is hard to use with only 20 creatures. Thanks for the +1!

This is essentially how I imagined re-building my jeskai tempo from KTK -> DTK after coming back into Standard. Bang-on job here and after playing so much jeskai tempo in the past with a lower creature count, I can confidently say Goblin Rabblemaster & Stoke the Flames definitely do not belong in this list.
+1 and thanks for making me want to play my jeskai again!

I feel like Mantis Rider is good, but not the best. I would swap it out for Myth Realized, but have it sideboarded. It might not be the best idea, but it's just a suggestion.

I played a similar variation of Jeskai not to long ago. It does well, but going against control is very tough. Against Esper control it was very hard to win even on the play and having the nuts hands. I switched over to Jeskai Dragon Control so my problems are now gone.

I'd say it's somewhat prevalent considering 2 or 3 of the top 8 decks in the Pro Tour DTK were Esper Control and many people run some variant of control with dragons being a "thing" in the meta.
In any case, I still see a bit of Utter End and Abzan Charm especially, so maybe swapping the 1x Valorous Stance out for a 1x Gods Willing just to have a wider method of keeping those big fliers on the field to finish out a game. Just a suggestion and maybe something to test out against the Junk Charm.
As for Myth Realized i'm not sold on this cards general usefulness in a tempo when the meta is chalk full of Dromoka's Command and other efficient enchantment removal since even when the Myth Realized is a creature, it's still an enchantment. That's not mentioning the inconsistent and somewhat mana-consuming process to make it even remotely as effective as Mantis Rider is. Maybe in a control setup, sure, but I don't think it fits in this kind of Tempo.

hyper077 Wow, thanks. My meta is entirely U/B/x control and Abzan whatever-it-is right now. But some Abzan guys were looking for Dromoka's Command last friday, so I should keep it sideboarded. However, I can bring Myth Realized in any time I need it.
And while Utter End isn't prevalent in my area, Abzan Charm is. I'll test out Gods Willing

Even though it doesn't seem good in some match ups, Mastery of the Unseen does a lot for my meta which consists of all match ups. I play against Esper Dragons, U/B control, and Abazan control all the time and Mastery of the Unseen has stolen me games from them constantly.

Dr_Jay No problem. Also why the no Dig through times in the main? Did you just have no room for it,because I can see two places it can take and even more.

How has Roast been for you? The meta's pretty heavy with fliers at the moment, I wonder if it'd be better as something else, maybe Reality Shift?

awphutt I have some problems against green based creature decks, especially against cards like Savage Knuckleblade and the like. I got pwned by Temur at GD, and only won the RG matchup via having a Roast recurred by Soulfire Grand Master.

congrats on the results of your deck. Im very curious as to your decks style of play. Im sure it has strong plays, but I have a strong fast agro meta Im trying to break out of and want to play something different I would definitely like to try this deck but not sure how to pilot it.

i think this deck could use a few more lands to keep up with Aggro decks, and mainly just hit land drops. most of the cards have a double land requirement that can be slightly taxing. i would drop some scry lands for whats-its-face reef and Battlefield Forge because life gain won't be too much of a problem. also drop something like a icefall regent or an anticipate for a 24th land.
April 30, 2015 5:27 p.m.
Adding painlands would make me WORSE against aggro. I can easily beat mono-red, and have the tools against creature based aggro post-board. Also, dropping an Anticipate for a 24th land seems strange, because Anticipate IS pretty much a guaranteed land, as well as any other card late game. But thanks for the comment!

Dr Jay
Just came out from Fnm, and have I have to say, I didn't see the potential of the deck until I played it in fnm. Didn't do too well due to not having all the cards, but had enough of the deck to definitely keep the tempo fast and heavy out the gate.
Also had to add. I subbed out for deflecting Palms and they did not disappoint... when fueled with the grandmaster is just nutts, its preventing damage, dishing it back and your gaining life for your efforts. didn't have all of the deck so, not sure where it should fit but is worth a spot atleast in sideboard.
Tried nyx-Fleece Rams to test since I didn't have Orator, but I feel I should have went Orator as everything aside from abzan flew right over to my dome..

This is a really good Jeskai dragon deck! Only suggestions I have would be playing Jeskai Ascendancy over Outpost Siege. Its a great card but you might get screwed over on not wanting the cast the card you want and life link and uncapping creatures is always nice. Also Wild Slash could be changed out with some other burn spells coming up in the Magic Origins so you always could consider that. And your mana distribution looks funny on the graph but I imagine you have that figured out. If you have the time, I would appreciate some help on my Grixis Dragon Deck. I'm kinda stuck and could really use some advice on the deck other than being like everyone else using a standard delver deck. Because of this very good deck, you seem like you're very knowledgeable about MTG and could really help me. If you check it out, thanks! :D

pretty sick, especially with the red, red has good burn. However, this might have trouble against warriors, fortunately you have anger of the gods and stuff in the sideboard
