I was inspired by the success of my Legacy project, Jester's Mayhem, so I decided to bring the mayhem to Modern! The goal here is complete lockdown, using Jester's Scepter to exile your opponents library. Venser, the Sojourner blinks the scepter for more exile fun. And of course, Isochron Scepter to fit the scepter theme and complete the lockdown with Silence . A playset of Wrath of God should keep the field clear of threats pretty well, and Dispatch can come in from the sideboard to deal with indestructible creatures. Dissipation Field will handle quick aggro players quite nicely. The win is either exiling your opponents entire library using Sculpting Steel and Phyrexian Metamorph to copy Jester's Scepter and Venser to blink it; or just put out Tezzeret the Seeker and one turn later, swing for 20!
