This is my first proper commander deck I've built. I really wanted to construct an artifact deck with Metalworker because it is such a nice card. It is an expensive 'budget' deck.

The deck is based around Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain and uses a lot of ways to get discounts on the casting cost of artifacts to draw any of the win-conditions.

There are now four ways to win:

• Use Metalworker + Voltaic Construct or Metalworker + Staff of Domination to get infinite mana and then kill all other players with Fireball or Jaya's Immolating Inferno

• Get Aetherflux Reservoir out and play a lot of cheap artifacts. Or use Metalworker as above to generate a lot of mana to cast nearly the whole deck in one turn.

• Win with Hellkite Tyrant by having 20 or more artifacts. Get help from Efficient Construction and Golem Foundry .

• Mechanized Production with Thopter Spy Network and Efficient Construction

Cards in the maybeboard were at one point included in the build.
