More Changes 5/28/19
Out- Mind's Desire , Foundry Inspector , Shimmer Myr
In- Isochron Scepter , Dramatic Reversal , Chromatic Sphere
I realized after making changes yesterday that I really wanted to find a way to include the Dramatic Scepter package into this list. Once Urza, Lord High Artificer releases we will have 2 different ways to abuse infinite mana in the deck. This also gives us more threats that people need to worry about, which in turn makes deciding what to interact with more difficult.

Changes 5/30
Out- Scrap Trawler and Krark-Clan Ironworks
In- Arcum's Astrolabe and Tribute Mage
We don't really need another way to generate infinite mana especially one that requires 4 cards to pull off so I cut the 2 unnecessary cards that were party of the KCI, Trawler, Retriver, Mox combo.
Instead now we get a way to filter mana and draw a card in the form of Arcum's Astrolabe and we get a way to tutor either Isochron Scepter or Cursed Totem in the form of Tribute Mage
I feel as these changes are improvements on the deck and will help it to synergize even more efficiently.

Changes 7/25
Out- Rhystic Study , Semblance Anvil , Hangarback Walker , Myr Retriever , Phyrexian Revoker , Paradise Mantle , Thought Vessel , Great Furnace , Seat of the Synod , Reliquary Tower , 1x Mountain , 5x Island , Paradox Engine , Reality Shift
In- Swan Song , Talisman of Creativity , Manifold Key , Aether Spellbomb , Whir of Invention , Gilded Drake , Cascade Bluffs , Mana Confluence , Command Tower , City of Brass , Misty Rainforest , Polluted Delta , Flooded Strand , Prismatic Vista , Fiery Islet
Reasons for Out:
Lets get the easy ones out of the way first Paradox Engine and Reality Shift . Yes I missed an update where I put Reality Shift into the deck. I added it to give me more options with Isochron Scepter as a way with Engine to exile every other player's libraries. With the banning of Engine though both got cut out from the deck.
Semblance Anvil was cut because I originally ran it as a way to make my artifacts cost 2 less and on rare occasions make my creatures also cost 2 less by exiling an artifact creature under it. The more I played with it though the more times I fizzled on a turn where that 1 more artifact in had would have continued allowing me to combo.
Rhystic Study became a semi mana intensive spell. I constantly found myself with plenty of counters and artifacts in hand but unable to cast rhystic because of the speed of the table. So I cut it for my meta. Will probably go back in for blind tables though.
Hangarback Walker , Myr Retriever , Phyrexian Revoker , Paradise Mantle , Thought Vessel these were the last of the main cuts. They were all cut to make room for more efficient mana rocks and spells.
Lands I cut were to allow for the addition of fetches into the list as well as the lands that tap for any color. Deck thinning is always a good thing and so is having access to all your colors.
Notable mentions for inclusions:
Whir of Invention was originally pushed into this list when Mystic Forge was spoiled but before the Engine banning. I thought with the addition of another 4+ mana artifact win condition that Whir was finally in a good spot to make its way into my list. I still think it should have been there probably all along but I'm glad its made its way finally into the deck.
Future cuts!:
Voltaic Key 's days are numbered in this list. With the spoil of Arcane Signet Key will be cut from the list once again. I say again because I originally cut Voltaic Key when trying to find space for Manifold Key, but with the banning of Engine freeing up 2 slots in my deck Voltaic Key and a much needed additional land made their way back into the list

Commander Legends Update 11/21/2020
In- Jeweled Lotus, Riverglide Pathway Flip,Training Center,Hullbreacher, andRograkh, Son of Rohgahh
Out- 2xSnow-Covered Mountain, Shivan Reef,Narset, Parter of Veils, and Impulse
Reasons for Changes:
With the release of Commander Legends Jhoira got a lot of new toys. I did miss the update on the inclusion of Riverglide Pathway Flip, but with the release of Training Center it let the land changes be all inclusive. I decided to remove 2x Snow-Covered Mountains and Shivan Reef and replace them with Training Center, Riverglide Pathway Flip, and Jeweled Lotus. I haven't been able to test if cutting a land for Lotus is the right choice yet, however I think in the long run it will be the right cut. The decision to cut Shivan Reef instead of the last Snow-Covered Mountain comes out of necessity for cards like Fabled Passage and Prismatic Vista. There will be games where finding a basic Mountain will be necessary so I decided to leave one in the deck at the cost of a pain land.
Next up the one for one swap of Narset, Parter of Veils for Hullbreacher. This is a swap I am very excited to see in future games. The ability to leave up mana on other players turns yet still have a Narset like effect is very appealing. Wheel of Fortune's and Timetwisters now give the deck mana instead of ripping our opponents hands apart. I see this as one of two potential downsides to the change. However by swapping we are able to hold up potential counter magic on other players turns, instead of possibly tapping out for Narset. Wheel and Twister also become net positive in mana when Hullbreacher is played EOT on an opponents turn. I am very excited to see how this change plays out.
The last change is Impulse for Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh. This is a change I danced around in my mind for a bit before deciding to pull the trigger. I have had very few games where Impulse really made a difference for me. Cutting a card for a 0 cost card that potentially draws me a card as long as Jhoira is in play seemed like a reasonable trade off as Impulse usually had been used to attempt to find another way to trigger Jhoira's ability. Another reason for the inclusion is that Rograkh can help us go infinite with Words of Wind. As long as we have Mana Crypt or Mana Vault in play we can remove every other players boards. This doesn't net us infinite mana but opponents with no boards seems very appealing.
Let me know what you think of the changes. Wild to think this deck is coming up on its 3rd year of me tinkering and making it more and more powerful. Its definitely getting to a point where finding cards to cut is getting near impossible, though the next cut will most likely be Teferi, Master of Time and it might be taken out to put Impulse back in and lower the curve. Thanks to everyone who has viewed and liked the deck.

Kaldheim Changes 1/31/2020
Out- Teferi, Master of Time,Silent Gravestone, Negate, Trinket Mage
In- Narset, Parter of Veils,Weathered Runestone, Mystic Reflection, Birgi, God of Storytelling Flip
Reasons for changes:
I decided that with as many wheel effects that are run in the deck that Narset, Parter of Veils is just better suited for the deck than Teferi, Master of Time. Where Teferi has more upside with extra turns and pressure on every turn, Narset gives us some extra benefit all while synergizing with our wheels.
I swapped out Silent Gravestone for the new card Weathered Runestone because one of the big problems in my meta is Kess, Dissident Mage. At 1 more mana I will take the added benefit of stopping Kess decks from recasting things like Demonic Consultation and Tainted Pact when they have a Thassa's Oracle on board.
Speaking of Thassa's Oracle decks Mystic Reflection is a must include for these match ups going forward. As long as their is another non-legendary creature on the board we can now stop Oracles in their tracks. So cutting Negate, arguably the weakest counterspell in the deck, was an easy choice.
Now for the hardest cut and one that I will be carefully monitoring going forward Birgi, God of Storytelling Flip for Trinket Mage. Trinket Mage is a big card when we have it early. Going and tutoring out early mana rocks or top can completely shift a game. However I want to test out the simple fact that Birgi is a legend that once on the board acts as another Etherium Sculptor. We do need to be able to cast one thing to get the ball rolling but once we have that extra mana Birgi gives us will snowball and let us go deeper and deeper. Birgi's other side Harnfel, Horn of Bounty is also amazing for us. Being able to ditch dead lands in our hand for 2 potential cards that will help us continue to push the combo will be a much welcome help when we need it; though this side will rarely be used. In the future I may come back to this cut and reintroduce Trinket Mage back into the deck in favor of a different cut, but in the mean time its the change I feel most confident with.

Change 2/8/2021
Out- Magus of the Moon
In- Trinket Mage
Decided to cut Magus of the Moon over Trinket Mage for the testing period. Trinket Mage just has to many options when I do see it versus the pressure that Magus of the Moon puts on other players land bases. Still going to monitor the change and take each instance to record which card would have been better in the situation.

what does this deck actually do? its CEDH without a Thasa Jace or Lab Man with all that card draw no Walking Ballista or and no Isochron Scepter for the dramatic reversal? none of the bounce all artifact spells....

hotkarl63 the deck revolves around Aetherflux Reservoir . By chaining multiple artifacts in a single turn you build up your "storm" count and effectively just shoot down each of your opponents. Things like Sensei's Divining Top and something to reduce its cost, Helm of Awakening / Etherium Sculptor / Birgi, God of Storytelling Flip, let us cast top for free drawing a card. Then activate top to draw yet another card and as long as there is another artifact in hand we can redraw top and recast it. This loop quickly builds up that "storm" count.
You can also put your opponents in a very oppressed state with Words of Wind by bouncing all their permanents each turn. By having Words out with Jhoira and two artifacts that have a net even mana cost we can continuously bounce our artifacts until the board is clear.
A quick example is Mox Amber and Mana Crypt . Though this is a net possitive in mana it will illustrate the combo. Cast an artifact from hand or one of the aforementioned cards as long as the other is on board. Lets say Amber is in play and were casting Crypt. Tap Amber for 1 mana and use Words of Winds replacement effect off of our draw from Jhoira. Each player boucnces a permanent and we will choose Amber. We then cast Amber and in response tap Crypt for 2 mana then use the replacement effect again bouncing Crypt back to hand. Rinse and repeat until our opponents have nothing on board yet we still have our entire field.
With Aetherflux in play this also lets us gain infinite life and ping any opponent down. Without it in play we still create an oppressive position that is very hard to get out from under.

Hey dude,
I've been running a list very similar to yours for a long time. Was cool to see you updating with newer cards!
How is Birgi going for you? I was thinking of buying it
Also one cheeky recommendation: Gustha's Scepter

Jimmyflip so far birgi is great. She allows for another cost reducer effect for top combos while also giving much needed mana in some instances. I have yet to draw her late to use the other side but even that seems good in the list as well.

Update 5/11/2021
Out- Underworld Breach
In- Deflecting Swat
Making this change simply because Underworld Breach time and time again has come up short of what I want it to do. Either not having enough cards in my graveyard, or not having anything important to be casting from the grave. I originally added the card to the list for those games where key pieces to combos would be countered with no way of getting them back. That slowly has gone by the wayside as I find it more common that counters are saved for other players spells.
Deflecting Swat seemed like the obvious choice to fill the slot. Jhoira is on the field most of the time which allows us the ability to protect her for 0 mana while also protecting key spells we need to resolve. Pulling double duty as both protection for Jhoira as well as being a suedo counterspell is great utility in the deck.

Update 5/29/2021
Out- Narset, Parter of Veils , Mystic Forge , Ponder , and Preordain
In- Cloud Key , Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Disapprove, Dragon's Rage Channeler
First change was easy I swapped out Narset, Parter of Veils in favor of Cloud Key . Simply put I didn't own a Cloud Key until the reprint because they were slightly pricey and I couldn't bring myself to purchase one. Now that they're reasonable I took the opportunity to finally grab a copy. I understand that Narset slows down opponents draws and combos well with Wheel of Fortune and Timetwister as well as digs 4 cards when we might need another artifact. However simply put Hullbreacher fits that slot as well and comes in at the end of other players turns which allows us to hold up counter magic or bluff our opponents into thinking we have counter magic.
The rest of the changes weren't as simple but with Modern Horizions 2 spoiler season in full swing I think these new cards earned spots in the list.
Ponder and Preordain have been on the short list for awhile now. Without a fetch Ponder just lets you see what's coming up and sadly that happens more often than I would like it to happen. Preordain has the opposite problem. Most of the time getting cards to the bottom of the library is great but inevitably a fetch will shuffle them right back into the deck.
This gave the opportunity to cut both cards in favor of Disapprove and Dragon's Rage Channeler. Disapprove is making the cut simply to help stop Thassa's Oracle decks. Flashing it into play in response to Oracle gives the deck yet another way to fight off the fish.
Dragon's Rage Channeler gives us what Artificer's Assistant couldn't. Artificer's Assistant while very nice only put the cards on the bottom of the deck which gave us the same problem as Preordain. Most of the time when we would scry we would be putting lands to the bottom of the deck. With such a low curve once we can cast Jhoira we rarely need any more mana so while Assistant would be helpful it never found its way into the deck. Channeler on the other hand is a different story in my opinion. First of all it triggers off more things; Assistant only triggers off historic spells while Channeler triggers off non-creature spells. Secondly it surveils on cast of non-creatures which allows us to get those unneeded lands out of the deck and into our graveyard before drawing with Jhoira by stacking the triggers correctly.
Saving the best for last I'm super excited to be swapping out Mystic Forge for Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer. Mystic Forge was mostly in the deck to remove lands when we didn't want them, which Channeler does now, and to combo with Sensei's Divining Top . While the combo was always good it rarely came up so at best Forge always was a 4 cost draw a card with slight upside by allowing us to cast stuff from the top of our deck. The latter was always good and allowed us to continue to combo, however recently with how mana more artifacts we're running now not having enough in hand rarely is an issue.
Ragavan however is an absolute powerhouse in this list or at least I think it will be. For a single red in the early game we get a creature that will help us cast Jhoira faster and potentially rip combo pieces out of other players decks. Late game we have a repeatable draw spell on each of our turns. Ragavan having Dash is huge as Dash is still a cast. So late game we cast Ragavan for his Dash cost, draw a card, and then at end of turn he's back to hand ready to draw us another card the following turn. I'm really excited to try the monkey out in this list and see how he fairs.
All in all

Ragavan is going to be mental in this deck and I can't wait to dash him every turn to draw a card, add a red mana and create a treasure token

Jimmyflip I'm going to try out Urza's Saga over Inventors' Fair and see how I like it before making the switch. I think it could be the right choice, however dropping down to essentially 26 lands might be asking to much of the list.
June 12, 2021 5:25 p.m.
How often do you wiff?
You have a lot of non-artifact spells here. I would consider mana severance to get your density a little better when going off. Also, adding Seat of Synod and Vault of Whispers (artifact lands blue and red) can help if you are on a later turn and draw a land, which is typically a dead draw. Tiny improvement.
I play a similar deck but everyone hates the solitaire aspect, since it's not a deterministic win. And having an additional wincon goes a long way.
June 20, 2021 9:22 p.m.
WalbenQuakeblade says... #18
Bhruskee its pretty rare that I whiff now. Dragon's Rage Channeler is a way to get lands out of the deck while also giving a decent threat. Seat of the Synod and Great Furnace are still dead draws late as Jhoira only triggers off cast triggers. I took them out a long time ago when Vandelblast was an issue. Though this isn't really a problem anymore with better card selection the only real upside to those lands is early metalcraft.
Yes the deck only has 1 true win con in Aetherflux it has a pretty hard lock in Words of Wind as well. However I have been thinking of possibly putting Thassa's Oracle back into the list as lately I have found when I am digging I can typically win with either Aetherflux or Oracle.
June 21, 2021 9:10 p.m.
If wizards keep releasing rocks like jeweled lotus one day i'll have a no-land list for Jhoira.
How is Ragavan going for you? debating whether to drop the $60 or not
Channeler is working very well in my deck also, straight upgrade from Artificer's assistant!

Jimmyflip I still have yet to draw Ragavan however from goldfishing hands I can tell he's gonna be perfect. Early game hes accelerant. Late game hes a guaranteed draw every turn.
I agree Channeler is by far a huge upgrade for the decklist. Every time I draw it I am very happy as it filters out the remaining lands that are unneeded once the deck gets going. Though it does cause some awkwardness with Top lines just because youre never going to surveil Top away.

Update 7/14/21
Out- Hullbreacher (BANNED)
In- Phantasmal Image
Pretty easy switch from Hullbreacher to Phantasmal Image with the banning of Hullbreacher. I could have gone back to something like Magus of the Moon or Miscast, however I think having another copy of Dockside in the deck essentially is the correct choice. Whether it be off my own Dockside or an opponents I think Phantasmal will put in the work in the best case scenario. Less optimally it can copy someone else's efficient piece of hate or game accelerant.

Bbell03 I haven't ever considered running Leveler however at one point I thought about running Thassa's Oracle as a win condition for times I could draw my whole deck because of things like Sensei's Divining Top. In the end though its two slots in the list that free space is becoming harder and harder to find. Small optimizations on card choices have been made over the few years I've had this deck but at this point I think the list is fairly optimized for the style of play I enjoy.

Update 11/15/2021
In- Eruth, Tormented Prophet and Wash Away
Out- Trinket Mage and Blood Moon
The change of Wash Away for Blood Moon is one that will take playtesting to determine if I actually like the change. However being able to use a single blue mana to counter someone's commander his very powerful and I fell deserves a slot in the deck.
The change of Eruth, Tormented Prophet for Trinket Mage is a change that I fully expect to stay changed in the list. Trinket Mage was 99% of the time used to tutor up Sensei's Diving Top to start chaining artifacts while abusing Jhoira's draw mechanic. Eruth gives us a similar option. By having artifacts in hand and both Eruth and Jhoira on the field we see the same number of cards as we do when we utilize top. However Eruth gives us the added benefit of being Legendary at the cost of adding red to the cost. I think this should be a great addition to the list and look forward to playing with the card and seeing how it performs

Update 11/27/2021
In- Thassa's Oracle
Out- Counterspell
Just a few games of gettting Eruth, Tormented Prophet into play made me realize I absolutely have to have Oracle in the deck now. With Eruth the deck draws through itself quickly. Adding an additional way of winning also never hurts.

Changes 5/27/19
In- Flusterstorm , Mystic Remora , Windfall , Force of Negation , Urza, Lord High Artificer , Chain of Vapor , +1 Mountain ,
Out- Trophy Mage , Reckless Fireweaver , Firebrand Archer , Padeem, Consul of Innovation , Dack Fayden , Wheel of Fortune , Temple of the False God
Reasoning- I was looking into my list the other day and thinking about some staples in the cEDH community and was trying to find ways to fit them into my list. I was looking to see what I could cut when it finally dawned on me that I was only running 4 cards that were red that weren't my commander. Reckless Fireweaver and Firebrand Archer were easy cuts as they were redundant effects that only really made a difference when I was already winning in some other way. Wheel of Fortune got cut for Windfall which is both a positive and a negative. On the positive side it has potential to draw me more cards in some instances, however on the negative side it could also potentially draw me fewer cards. I would be running Timetwister though if I owned one. Dack Fayden was the hardest of the cards to cut. His effect has always been very good for me in the past but as it was the last red card in the deck I decided to remove him to make some room for more counter spells/interaction. So Dack, along with Fireweaver and Archer, became Flusterstorm , Force of Negation , and Chain of Vapor giving me more ways to interact with other peoples decks. Padeem, Consul of Innovation was an easy cut for Urza, Lord High Artificer as they both cost 4 mana, however Urza gives us much more utility as well as another win condition when we produce infinite mana. When looking through the deck I also realized that Trophy Mage only got us 5 different cards from the deck, all of which weren't super impressive. So I cut it in favor of Mystic Remora , why I wasn't already running Remora in a blue cEDH list I have no idea. Last card I cut was Temple of the False God in favor of a Mountain. I made this change because often times this list doesn't have many lands in play so drawing temple often was a dead card. With their only being 1 Mountain in the list it was an easy call to up that number to 2 just for a little bit more consistency. Though we cut all the red cards from the deck we still need red to cast Jhoira and we want to make sure we can always have her out as soon as possible.
