I'm actually amazed by how many ways there are to build artifacts, so I'm putting together a few different deck lists to see which way I like best. This is my first build, using Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain and abusing her draw trigger by using a bunch of 0-cost artifacts.

The deck has a few different ways to win. The first option is to either burn the opponents out with Firebrand Archer and Reckless Fireweaver, or mill them out with Altar of the Brood and Diligent Excavator.

The second is by drawing out the deck. For this we have both Laboratory Maniac and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries (note: Jace also will draw a card off Jhoira). To help this along, we also have Riddlesmith, Quicksmith Genius and Vedalken Archmage, to stack draw triggers alongside Jhoira.

The last option, and likely the most obvious, is the storm route. For this we have Mind's Desire, Ignite Memories, and the new EDH all-star Aetherflux Reservoir. To help this along, we also have three instants: Retract, Rebuild, and Hurkyl's Recall, to bounce all the cheerios back to hand and immediately replay them, which will continue to up the storm count.

OTHER OPTIONS

I had originally intended to include Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, Sai, Master Thopterist, Efficient Construction and Mirrodin Besieged, to help with Fireweaver and Altar, but they were cut for the same reason Locust God was cut from Niv-Mizzet; the token production is good as it's own deck, but doesnt really further the strategy here. But you better believe my next deck will likely be Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer to abuse those tokens to their fullest.
