Like any Jhoira deck, this deck has one major purpose. That purpose is to kill people will huge creatures very quickly, and maybe even blow out a few lands in the process. However, this isn't the most efficient way to win, so I've made this deck to have multiple ways to win.

If we can, blowing up lands, hands, and creatures, and then putting a huge creature on the board is an awesome route to go. It allows us to kill people will no real opposition, and if the creature happens to be Eldrazi, it ensures that they will never regain any board state. So what do we do if we're not doing this?

Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind or Psychosis Crawler + Enter the Infinite

This allows us to kill either a couple guys, or possibly everyone, depending on the creature. Niv-Mizzet is a great threat to have in the Jhoira deck for alternative win combos people aren't looking for. Similar to the above combos we can use:

Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Ophidian Eye or Curiosity or Mind Over Matter

Flashing in Ophidian Eye can be a surprise a lot of people aren't ready for it, and wins pretty easily. Synergy with Whirlpool Warrior can allow us to use Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind to redraw our deck 3 times! That's a lot of damage. Otherwise, Whirlpool Warrior is a great card for stopping someone's tutor. To add to the consistency I added both Curiosity and Mind Over Matter which can also combo out.

Enter the Infinite can also be an auto-win with Laboratory Maniac. If it resolves during upkeep you get to set up Temporal Mastery for the draw step, and there isn't much they can do from there. If they try to stop you Brainstorm wins you the game anyhow. Mind Over Matter and Temple Bell can combo for the same effect.

Counter-spell's are important, as people won't want you to get your combos or big creatures out. So, we have a couple cards to stop them. Swan Song, Dissolve, Counterspell, and Desertion. Desertion is a great way to counter some big creatures of another player. For instance, I have used a Desertion on an Iona, Shield of Emeria to use against the player casting it, essentially winning the game.

The creatures are simple. They either have Annihilator, remove counters, have protection from something, kill quickly, or retrieve something we need in our deck or graveyard. What is left of the deck is extra-turn sorceries, which we can Increasing Vengeance to get 3 extra turns.

The deck is relatively simple, fun to play, and not so broken that no one wants to play with you. It has won me several EDH pods, several different ways.
