Jhoira has a simple purpose in life, be happy, get married, make gigantic creatures suddenly appear on the battlefield with haste. This is one of the best commanders for just storming opponents with large or big costing spells for only 2 mana! Things that cost a ton to cast like Blightsteel Colossus and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger that cost 10 or more to put onto the battlefield can be laid down with haste for the simple cost of waiting 4 turns. She can also cast gigantic board wipes or amazing spells like Beacon of Tomorrows or Decree of Annihilation and murder everything without paying a bunch of mana like these spells require. There are also a few extra turn spells like Time Stretch, Beacon of Tomorrows, and Part the Waterveil, to name a few, which allows you to let giant spells out without worrying what people will do when you pass the turn, and there's also Paradox Haze to let you have an extra upkeep to get rid of an extra time counter each turn, which will normally result in the spell that was suspended being on the battlefield in 2 turns instead of 4, which makes this deck all the more powerful than it already is.
