Suspend a couple of big creatures like Kozilek, the Great Distortion or Artisan of Kozilek then use a land destroying board-wipe like Jokulhaups or Obliterate. No one will have anything and then the suspended creatures will come out. Your opponents won't be able to do anything about them.

Enchantments will survive most of the board-wipes, and the creatures you get out will stop anything that your opponent tries to play with abilities like annihilator.
