The Plan: Storm

Do a little ramping & Setting up -> Cast Jhoira -> Try to storm out and not fizzle -> Have your turn take 10 minutes -> Lose your friends, not because the deck is mean spirited, but because they all have better things to do than look at you goldfish -> Find new playgroup -> Repeat

Wincons

Words of Wind, 2 mana positive rocks and Jhoira out is a well known combo, bounce everyone's junk and perhaps make infinite mana in the process.

Sensei's Divining Top and Mystic Forge / Harnfel, Horn of Bounty   / The Reality Chip draws the deck.

Aetherflux Reservoir is our main wincon, if it's out and we get to resolve a Paradoxical Outcome or if it's on the stack and we can resolve a Hurkyl's Recall we should be able to close the game then and there.

Now how do we get there? By reducing the cost of our artifacts of course!

Cloud Key, Foundry Inspector, Etherium Sculptor, Helm of Awakening and Enthusiastic Mechanaut are the keys to victory. Without at least one of these on the field we can't Storm-off. Reducing the cost of our mana rocks (and other artifacts) by {1} is essential, as it makes the {2} mana rocks mana-neutral, if we can reduce the cost by another {1} almost every cast is mana-positive.

To keep others from going off, the deck runs some hatepieces, this isn't a balls to the wall combo deck running Krark-Clan Ironworks & Underworld Breach so we can afford to run gravehosers and other annoying staxy effects.

The deck runs a few counters to keep the deck safe when it wants to win and some to stop opponents from winning before we do. We cannot race the faster decks, so we'll have to control their actions.

Sometimes someone gets to resolve something filthy like a Collector Ouphe, so we do have to run some removal. I might have to add to this category
