This is my newest EDH deck using Jhoira of the Ghitu as the commander. The basic idea is to be able to play cards for cheap using her suspend ability, and to use spells or other abilities to remove time counters to put them into play even faster. Im trying to build this as cheaply as possible and keep it somewhat budget (most of the expensive cards I already have in other decks and can easily move them from one to another). Any tips, suggestions or any other help is greatly appreciated
