Overall the deck looks very tuned, this means I had to look for efficiency bumps. I found Temple of the False God which many times will not provide what you need out of it to get the win. A basic land or an Eye of Ugin may serve better in it's slot.
Is Jhoira's Familiar not good enough to be in here?

Heya DrkNinja!
Pretty sweet build ya got so far, I would consider adding in more ways to find your Paradox Engine or Aetherflux. So cards like Reshape or Transmute Artifact are a real boon.
In addition, the free cast counterspells are a must when your going into cEDH formats like Force of Will and Mindbreak Trap . Other ones to consider using as well are Mental Misstep , Swan Song and Flusterstorm as they are definitely great protection as well.
For more artifact synergy the broken fast rocks are an obvious auto include that is needed as well as some enablers as well. Some enablers that can be considered are cards like Memory Jar , Chain of Vapor , Staff of Domination , Isochron Scepter , Dramatic Reversal , and Rings of Brighthearth .
For another outlet you can also use Words of Wind .
Sorry if the response seems iffy I haven't slept in about 47 or so hours xD

Without a bunch of testing, suggesting 2 cards to cut is going to be tough, but it looks like you have a decent amount of redundancy for most of the effects you need.
I would be tempted to cut Riddlesmith and Phyrexian Walker, but you might prefer the redundancy. It's something to Karnsider, I guess.
