Strongly based on Time Is On My Side by hosshughes. And by "Strongly" I mean almost entirely - slight twists because I don't like playing land destruction & it's frowned upon in my meta. Great premise for my 16th deck (1/2 way to the 32 club!) that stands different from most of my decks at a very decent cost.
