Shimmer Myr would make a great addition to the deck since it gives your artifacts flash

So I cracked a Temporal Manipulation from an Ultimate Masters pack and was wondering how it could fit in this deck. Any suggestions for what to swap out are welcome. As are telling me it would not be a good fit for the deck. Although I want to use the card, so keep that in mind.

jhoira causes a lot of card draw is the point but i don't see anything to give you no maximum hand size. Two great choices are Spellbook which costs 0 and Reliquary Tower causes its a land

Mycosynth Golem is absurd in some Jhoira decks. I don't know how many artifacts you usually have out but it might be good.

This deck has been disassembled for trade, but I am keeping the list on T/O in case I rebuild it.

I really like Izzet! My mom used to play izzet stuff when she was in her prime as a commander player, and she passed down her decks to me, so seeing izzet always hits close to home
