My take on utilizing Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant as a "win-more" commander while still having the primary 99 of the deck focused on pumping out artifacts, artifact creature tokens, and controlling the boardstate while working towards alternate wincons like Mechanized Production or Mirrodin Besieged.

Take silly extra turns with Isochron Scepter + Mystical Tutor to cast Nexus of Fate *list* off the topdeck every time.

Go for an endless resource of mana with the classic Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal combo to untap the scepter itself along all of your mana rocks.

Hell, abuse Drafna, Founder of Lat-Nam to bounce and replay {0} artifacts with all your mana to gain life with Aetherflux Reservoir to blast someone in the face for 50.

Plenty of potential.

When all else fails though we can still swing with a fleet of 1/1 Thopters :)
