Ultimatum Tribal w/permanant based spell support. High Cmc synergy? Jodah @ Helm. Consider Golos?

What the Ultimatums DO!:

Can fetch all PERMANENTS from yard to field. Free cast PERMANENTS/SPELLS from top deck. Draw cards. Destroy Targets, and Board Wipe.

This means: Permanent based ramp and wincons. Enchantress subtheme? Top deck view/manipulation?

Notes:

Strategy Consideration - More fetches and play/return land from grave, less 'chromatic' effects?

Testing - Unsure of Possibility Storm. Add some counter magic?
