Ramp to your big sea creatures or cheat them out with Kenessos. The scry subtheme on the deck helps to take advantage of both abilities of Kenessos, who should be able to stay on the board throughout the game with a low starting CMC. This deck was built on a budget, but some good additions would include better high CMC payoff creatures like Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait; Thrasios, Triton Hero; Kruphix, God of Horizons, and support cards like Future Sight, Sensei's Divining Top, Breeding Pool, and Misty Rainforest.
