you should try Glint Hawk over it's idol. it can bounce a helpfull artifact back to your hand too.

I'll think about that. The main reason I'm playing the Glint Hawk Idol is because it's resistant to sorcery-speed sweepers. If I start feeling like I need more fast and/or evasive creatures then the real Glint Hawk will be one of the first adds.

Burnished Hart is pretty good colour fixing, ramp and an artifact for Jor Kadeen, whilst also recurrable with trading post and the like.

I used to have a Jor Kadeen deck and my main issue was mana.

If you like the Assemble the Legion token subtheme, maybe run Legion's Initiative , so they come out bigger, as well as giving you a way to protect your permanents from board wipes.

Konda's Banner is fantastic in this too, makes a lot of things bigger if equiped to Jor Kadeen.

You may want to look into Godo, Bandit Warlord as a free equipment tutor.

Aurelia, the Warleader , Tajic, Blade of the Legion and Agrus Kos, Wojek Veteran would all fit nicely.

Boros Charm is pretty necessary, protects everything from boardwipes, or makes Jor Kadeen a double striking 8/5, probably with at least some equipment on him which gives him +3 power, meaning he can insta-kill.

Indomitable Archangel to protect your artifacts. No idea why you aren't running Darksteel Ingot over a keyrune, and Darksteel Forge for more protection.

Thanks. Several of your suggestions almost made the deck, but not the final cut. I'll take another look at them after I get some more games in. Looking at your own decklist gave me some additional good ideas.

after looking over the deck i think that Kemba, Kha Regent would be quite a nice addition. she makes an army, hold equipment like a boss, and is close to my heart. good luck with the deck
