This deck revolves around Joraga Warcaller. The point is to get him buffed with counters so that all of my little elves become big. To this end I have included Quest for the Gemblades so that I can chump block once and then whenever I get a warcaller cash it in for four counters. I also have added Bramblewood Paragon which will give a single counter to warcaller when it enters the field as well as giving all my creatures with counters trample to get their damage over the top. The last counter source is Oran-Rief, the Vastwood which can give any of my creatures counters when they etb if I have more mana than I need. The rest of the deck consists of mana dorks, a couple different elf lords including Ezuri, Renegade Leader who can provide repeated Overrun effects.

A couple other cards are Ezuri's Archers as my only way to block flying and Golgari Decoy to distract my opponents as I come in with my giant buffed elves!

This is a budget casual deck that I actually want to build but not break the bank, so I used a $2 cost per card limit (besides the pivotal card at about $2.50). This bars the token generating Rhys the Redeemed and Imperious Perfect and the giant token donating Immaculate Magistrate . Though I was really tempted for that one as a way to get my Warcaller's token count through the roof I think Golgari Decoy is a decent replacement.

I recently saw Primordial Hydra in another elf deck and it really caught my eye. I can put counters on it with Quest for the Gemblades which can lead to big wins or if Bramblewood Paragon is out the hydra will have trample immediately as he comes into play. Funnily, though, Oran-Rief, the Vastwood does nothing for the hydra since either the mana ability or the counter ability will result in the same amount of counters on him.
