I stumbled upon Jori En, Ruin Diver when searching for a lesser known, maybe underestimated but quite powerful commander. You can play him in different ways, but the spellslinger version seems to get the most out of his card draw ability. I prefer to play two spells in my opponents turn (counterspell + card draw for example) but even playing Jori En and a 1 CMC spell on my turn is totally worth it. There's a token sub-theme in form of Young Pyromencer and similar cards to make sure I'm not without protection on the battlefield. Combo wins: Good ol' Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker / Splinter Twin with Pestermite / Deceiver Exarch. Or one of the Niv-Mizzets with Curiosity or a similar effect.
